ClickReach DPA

We provide our EU-based customers who act as controllers of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with the option to enter into a data processing addendum (DPA) in relation to their use of ClickReach's services.

Our DPA, which complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, includes contractual terms that fulfill the GDPR's data processing agreement requirements for processors and controllers. These terms also reflect our commitment to data privacy and security for our clients.

To ensure that there are no conflicting or additional terms beyond those outlined in our standard DPA and model clauses, we are unable to agree to customers' customized DPAs. As a small team without an in-house legal team, we are unable to make individual modifications to our standard DPA. Any changes would require legal counsel and extensive discussions, which would be costly for our team
